Summary
Positive psychology is an emerging field that has significantly contributed to understanding human flourishing and personal well-being, but where did these principles originate? Participants will identify and describe how Positive Psychology has contributed to the scientific study of what enables individuals and communities to thrive. Additionally, participants will examine current research on the role of positive emotions in achieving and maintaining human flourishing, explore the concept of Solomonic Wisdom, and discuss the idea that King Solomon may have been one of the first practitioners of Positive Psychology.
