Summary:
Burnout happens to many executives, professionals, and ministry leaders; the price of leadership is often high. In this workshop, psychologists, licensed mental health professionals, medical personnel, and ministry leaders will examine a faith-based, research-informed roadmap for leaders, executives, and helping professionals seeking to move from burnout to breakthrough. Drawing from clinical psychology, organizational psychology, and faith-based principles, participants will learn how to help clients and patients rediscover purpose, clarity, and resilience in leadership. Through interactive reflection, practical exercises, and evidence-based strategies, attendees will identify the psychological, emotional, and organizational factors that contribute to burnout. Participants will learn how to restore focus and vitality, strengthen their sense of calling, and cultivate cultures of well-being and flourishing within their organizations. This session equip participants to help leaders to sustain personal and professional effectiveness while inspiring resilience and renewal in those they serve.
