Summary and Learning Objectives

Summary

Targeted nutraceuticals offer a powerful way to support brain function, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Drawing on clinical experience with nearly 300,000 brain SPECT scans and evidence-based protocols, this workshop helps participants understand how specific nutrients impact memory, mood, focus, and energy, particularly for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or cognitive decline. Psychologists, licensed mental health professionals, medical personnel, and ministry leaders will identify key supplements that support emotional, cognitive, and neurological function and understand their role in brain health. Participants will explore supplement categories, including omega-3 fatty acids, saffron, SAMe, ginkgo, B and D vitamins, adaptogens, amino acids, and antioxidants, while examining why one-size-fits-all psychiatry often falls short. The session also explains how personalized supplementation protocols, guided by genetics, brain imaging, brain types, and symptom patterns, can complement traditional treatments or reduce reliance on psychiatric medications. Finally, attendees will learn to evaluate supplement quality, safety, and appropriate usage to design evidence-based strategies that enhance mental clarity, emotional well-being, and cognitive resilience.
