This interactive session explores how faith-based pastoral counselors, coaches and ministry leaders can integrate cultural intelligence with biblical principles to foster authentic cross-cultural relationships. Drawing from his forthcoming book The Impact of Diversity and Culture on Sport and Performance Psychology Coaching: A Faith-Inspired Approach, Dr. Crear examines the spiritual and psychological dimensions of cultural awareness. Participants will gain practical tools for recognizing and addressing bias, promoting belonging, and modeling Christ-centered inclusion in pastoral counseling and ministry contexts. The session emphasizes actionable strategies to enhance cultural humility, equity, and relational effectiveness while maintaining fidelity to faith-based values. Participants will leave equipped to navigate cultural diversity thoughtfully and ethically, creating environments that reflect both professional competence and spiritual integrity.
