Summary:

This interactive session is designed for coaches who are ready to move beyond the basics and sharpen their effectiveness. Coaches and ministry leaders will engage in advanced mentor coaching strategies and will explore practices for cultivating the personal wellbeing of the coach, focusing on who the coach is as much as what they do. Rooted in the ICCA coaching model, core competencies, and ethics, this training emphasizes both skill mastery and confidence-building, equipping coaches with practical tools they can apply immediately to elevate their coaching impact.
