What is covered with my registration?
General conference registrations allow you to attend each plenary session and pick four (4) track workshops to attend.
Registrations that include intensives allow you to choose one (1) twelve (12) hour intensive that runs the duration of the conference and attend each plenary session.
Registrations that include preconference workshops allow you to choose a three (3) hour morning or afternoon workshop for an additional cost to your general conference registration.
What is the difference between intensives and preconference workshops and track workshops?
Intensives are one (1) twelve (12) hour intensive that runs the duration of the conference and plenary sessions are included in this registration type. These intensives will run from Thursday morning through Saturday afternoon, breaking for plenary sessions.
Preconference workshops are three (3) hour workshops that happen before the conference begins and must be purchased separately.
Track workshops are seventy-five (75) minute workshops during the conference and are included in your general conference registration.
What Continuing Education (CE) credits are available at this event?
Continuing Education (CE) credits are available for an additional cost to licensed mental health professionals and those who hold credentials through the International Board of Christian Care.
The American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) offers some psychologists, therapists, counselors, social workers and play therapists Continuing Education (CE) credit due for good standing with certain states and a limited number of professional organizations. It remains the responsibility of each participant to be aware of state licensure and CE requirements. Participants should check their state and/or local regulations regarding required continuing education hours.
Is lodging and meals included with my registration?
No, lodging and meals are the responsibility of the conference attendee.
How do I attend a ticketed luncheon?
Ticketed luncheons must be purchased separately from your general or intensive conference registration.
How do I apply to be a speaker?
Presenters are booked 1-2 years in advance. Our speaker roster is currently full, so we are not accepting applications for speakers.
How do I become an exhibitor or sponsor?
To become a sponsor or exhibitor, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you provide refunds for registrations that I’ve already purchased?
All Registrations are non-refundable but are transferable to another AACC event or store credit.
Do you provide transportation to and from the conference?
No, we do not provide transportation to and from the conference; however, sometimes hotels offer shuttles to and from the arena, church and airport location. You can contact your hotel for more information.
What can I do to attend the conference if I cannot afford it?
We are always looking for volunteers. Please call 1-800-526-8673 for more information.
Can I be seated in a certain section/row/seat based on my seating requests?
All seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on registration level
